Silver Bridge expands strategic philanthropy offering
Silver Bridge, a US boutique wealth advisory firm with over $3 billion in assets under advisement, has expanded its strategic philanthropy and foundation service capabilities.
Silver Bridge, the privately-held, owner-managed wealth advisory
firm, has appointed Susanne Salerno as director of foundation
services. Salerno will be responsible for managing some of the
firm's largest foundation relationships. She will also deliver
foundation and not-for-profit administration, board management,
education and planned giving activities and services for client
teams across the country.
For the past fifteen years,
Salerno has managed various activities for non-profit institutions
and philanthropic entities, including WGBH, Fidelity Charitable,
and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
As director of foundation
services, she will also work with Janet Atkins, dean of Silver
Bridge Institute, (SBI), the firm's educational platform, to
further develop the philanthropy curriculum.
Salerno will report both to
Atkins and Stephen Prostano, CEO, who commented that, "Philanthropy
is the heart of our mission at Silver Bridge."
